Server Issues Resolved
We are delighted to say that all server issues have now been fully resolved and all services and data restored.
On December 17th at around 2pm the server went offline due to an issue at the main data centre. This was caused by a major data centre network outage. Unfortunately, this was not resolved quickly by the engineers at the data centre, and after several hours later after issues were resolved our server failed to come back online. We made the tough decision to rebuild this from scratch in order to get everyone online as quickly as possible. Andy worked tirelessly during this period and by 11.30am all services and data had been restored.
We posted updates via our twitter account to alleviate our customers and keep them as informed as much as possible.
