Both. Good design without strategy is just decoration, and strategy without strong creative execution rarely lands. I work with you to understand your business goals, your audience, and what you want a campaign to achieve — and then I design and produce the materials to deliver that. For email marketing in particular, I can also handle the technical setup, automation, and reporting, so the whole thing is joined up from brief to result.
Yes. I can design and send individual campaigns, or set up automated sequences - welcome funnels, re-engagement journeys, transactional emails — that run in the background without you having to think about them. I also provide tracking and reporting so you can see what's working. Whether you want a one-off campaign or a fully managed ongoing programme, I can accommodate both.
Absolutely! I'd actively encourage you to share them. Working within an established brand identity ensures that every campaign asset I produce reinforces your brand rather than diluting it. If your guidelines are out of date, or if you don't yet have them documented properly, I can help with that too as part of the project.
I can work either way. If you have an existing relationship with a printer, I'll supply the artwork in the correct format and specification for them. If not, I work with trusted print suppliers and can manage the production process on your behalf — including proofing, paper selection, and delivery. Taking print management off your plate is something many clients find genuinely valuable, particularly around events or tight deadlines.
The main difference is who you're actually dealing with. At a larger agency, your brief gets passed to a team — account manager, designer, copywriter, strategist — and you often end up managing the communication between them. With me, you deal with one person who is responsible for the whole thing. That means less briefing overhead, faster turnaround, and someone who understands your brand deeply because they've likely worked on it across multiple touchpoints. The personal accountability is something larger agencies structurally can't offer.
Yes. I can design social media ad creative — static images, branded graphics, and campaign assets formatted correctly for each platform — and advise on targeting and campaign structure. For paid social management (budget setting, ongoing optimisation), I work with trusted specialists and can bring them in as part of a broader project if that's what the brief requires. Either way, you'll get cohesive creative that's built to perform, not just to look good.
